Cupcake cut at 4" from Sweet Treats

All patterned paper from DCWV  The Sweet matstack

cupcake paper is cut at 3 3/4 x 4 1/2

Pink CS from Stampin up (unsure of the color from grab bag special from last month) cut at 5 1/2 x 4 1/4

Ink is SU Close to Cocoa

Sentiment is from MPS Simply Sweet Occasions set
